55kk Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions document forms a binding legal agreement between the 55kk platform and all its users. By using the 55kk website, opening an account, or using any service, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

Definitions of some important terms used in this document are given below:

• "Platform" — The 55kk website, applications, and related services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who operates a registered account on 55kk.

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must place bets in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of a third party.

Registration Process

When creating an account, you will need to provide a valid mobile number, a secure password, and the required personal details. 55kk may request identity documents or other materials for KYC verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the required verification is completed.

55kk reserves the right to reject any registration application without giving a reason.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. You should not share your login details, password, or personal information with anyone.

• Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to 55kk support immediately.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• 55kk is not responsible for any loss caused to your account through a third party.

Updating Account Information

If your contact details, mobile number, or payment information change, update your account immediately. 55kk will not be responsible for any failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

55kk processes transactions through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No methods other than these four are accepted.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds will be added to the account after successful verification.
• You may only make deposits using a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled and held for investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• 55kk reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Every withdrawal request goes through 55kk's internal verification process. Once verification is complete, funds are sent via the designated payment method.

55kk provides various bonuses and promotional benefits to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions, and funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting those conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. Bonus terms and conditions:

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, bets worth ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.
• For higher deposits: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Usage Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
• If misuse of promotional offers is detected (bonus hunting, multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• 55kk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all casino games and sports betting activities on 55kk:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a bet cannot be determined due to a technical error or connection issue, 55kk will make a decision based on the system logs.

• For sports betting — as a general example — bets can be placed on various markets for an event such as a Bangladesh vs India match. However, bets should not be placed based on any specific date, time, or score — match results are always subject to change.

Ensuring Fair Play

All games on the 55kk platform are operated through certified software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) and ensure fair and random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) may vary depending on the type of game.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, ensure that your balance is zero or that your withdrawal has been completed.
